International Orders

Please note that all orders shipped outside Australia are considered final sale.

International parcels generally cannot be left unattended, and someone must be available to receive the delivery or collect it from the local postal service if delivery is attempted. Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided after dispatch.

If a parcel is not collected within the time allowed by the local postal service and is returned to Australia, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with re-delivery.

While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly and ensure they arrive safely, delivery timeframes and customs processes remain outside our control.

What Can Be Returned?

Unopened physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, excluding original shipping costs.

Return Timeframe

Returns should be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests relating to opened products or returns outside this period may be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Return Shipping Costs

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For Australian orders, return shipping arrangements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.

Refunds & Store Credit

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Where appropriate, we may offer store credit or a discount voucher for future purchases instead of a refund.
